Our webmaster died and we can't get into our non-profit site. Please help.

  http://www.theGBA.net is our local geocaching group’s website. Our web man passed away last month and we do not have the login nor the password. We can provide a death certificate and info like email and phone number. I don’t know what else would be needed.

  Please help.

  http://thegba.net/wordpress/ is not hosted with WordPress.com. It’s using DNS information of domaincontrol.com and probably hosted by Amazon. See https://www.whoishostingthis.com/?q=thegba.net

  Please contact the support team of your service provider to regain access to your website. WordPress.com will not have a record of it.

  The webmaster for the site https://flowerbank.wordpress.com/ died earlier this year. We have tried to obtain control for the site from you but this has not been possible. By now payment for the site should have been stopped, please can you remove the website so we can re-create it using another account.

  Please don’t post into old thread created by other users.

  We cannot remove an existing website under any circumstances, nor can we release the address so someone else can use it.
