our webmaster Sean Graham has passed away.

    Hello

    This is a tough one, our very good friend and webmaster Sean Graham passed away on 19th June and we are realising access to my wife Barbara’s two websites are locked in his computer.

    He built the websites in WordPress and kept telling us recently that we needed the passwords to access.

    He did some changes in June last month Re pricing.

    The web addresses are:

    1. http://Www.alexandria-connections.co.uk
    Username: barbara.allen
    Password: [redacted by staff]

    2. http://Www.songoftheriver.org
    Username: Admin
    Password : [redacted by staff]

    How do we get access – we’ve never done this before.

    We are in the UK and our telephone number is [redacted by staff]

    I’m really sorry to hear about your friend Graham :(

    We would gladly help, however, your sites are not hosted on WordPress.com, so we can’t really do anything for you.

    The site songoftheriver.org is hosted on Google while alexandria-connections.co.uk is on Fasthosts – you may need to contact your respective hosts for help with anything billing related.

    To access your sites, you’d add /wp-admin at the end of the address and then type in the credentials (I have removed them from your post, as these are public forums).
    If you need more help, you’ll want to post to the WordPress community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
