    Hi, Our website is broken. It doesn’t appear in the search engine. When try to find our webpage, it cannot be found.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there, I have checked your account, and the name servers on your altawheedarabicschool.co.uk domain are not pointed at WordPress.com so that the internet knows your site is hosted here.

    Log into your domain registrar account and add the following three name servers to your domain and save.

    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com
    ns3.wordpress.com

    It can take 24-72 hours for a change to the domain settings to fully propagate around the internet. Generally though in 4-6 hours things should have stabilized and it will be working.

    I would wait 24 hours, just to be sure, and then verify your site domain with the major search engines as explained in this support page, but at the very least with Google and Bing.
