  From what can see you purchased the Premium Plan on your site ranksjumpnfuncom.wordpress.com on Jan 11 2019, and then moved up one level to the Business Plan on June 20 2019. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  However, it seems you did not renew the Business Plan and it expired on June 19 2020, and at that time the admin functions on your site were limited. To continue to use your site as normal all you need to do is purchase the Business plan again, which you can do here: https://wordpress.com/plans/franksjumpnfuncom.wpcomstaging.com?customerType=business

  Please note that once you have upgraded to the business plan again, you will need to enter franksjumpnfun.com in your “domain mapping” settings, which can be found here: https://wordpress.com/domains/add/mapping/franksjumpnfuncom.wpcomstaging.com
