Our website is blocked at our university internet

    Our website functions from other internet but is blocked at the University of Rwanda internet so when we are at our offices at the university using wifi or cable connection we cannot access the CoEB website. We were told by the ICT department here at the university that we need an IP address from WordPress to unlock their system so our website can be accessed. Can someone help?

    @ndemezo1 our sites are hosted on many servers throughout the world, and the IP addresses can change.

    Can they unblock by name instead?
