  We have no idea why, but our site is down. We’ve checked that our droplet and domain charges have all been paid and are all fine. We cannot get into our account to see what is wrong. Please help – http://www.edmattersafrica.org is the site.

  Your site edmattersafrica.org is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :)

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  However, you can also try to restart your droplet or restart MYSQL and Apache/Nginx services.
