Our website is down! Need your help ASAP!!

It was brought to my attention that the website http://www.youthnetbda.com is down and after logging on to WordPress.com, I have found that our website’s pages are gone. I have tried logging into the WP Admin site and it won’t let me and takes me to this webpage http://youthnetbda.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi
When I looked at our site’s plug-in information it says that ‘Akismet’ and ‘WP Super Cache’ are ACTIVE but for some reason ‘Jetpack by WordPress.com’ has been DISCONNECTED. I don’t know why and it doesn’t give me the option to select it or turn it on. When I try to enable the Jetpack plug in I am taken to this page http://youthnetbda.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi?page=jetpack&configure=manage§ion=plugins
When I go into the settings menu, the whole page is blank and there is this message,
‘There was an error retrieving your site settings. Make sure your Jetpack is up to date.’The only option that I have is the webforum (as WordPress has no number to call).
I’m hoping that someone from WordPress will rectify the situation as I really don’t understand the disconnect.
