  Hello, me and my boss checked just now her website firstfield.com.au, but it gave us this error message: Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. I haven’t opened it since my last update on one of the pages, but why is the domain no longer active?

  The answer is in the message you see. It also tells you what to do to activate domain mapping.

  Hi –

  We will need to hear from the user account that has set up the previous domain mapping for that site in order to proceed.

  The domain mapping which is what points the domain to the WordPress.com site has expired.

  One of these upgraded hosting plans is going to be required in order to map that domain: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
