    My uncle received an email that our domain is down but it shows paid through Deceomber of 2023, I’m trying to fix this, what do I need to do? freedomfarmforvets.org

    You pay Tucows for the domain. It looks like you need to pay WordPress.com to renew your plan so the Tucows domain can once more be connected to your WordPress.com site.

    Hi @ambershome, I can confirm you’ve previously had a Business Plan for this site that expired some time ago. I’d recommend purchasing Business hosting again, then contacting support right away by chat. We can help reconnect the domain and check to see whether your plugins and whatnot can be restored.
