If you search ‘experience tollgate’ and click on the first entry, you get an entirely different website from ours that has something to do with buying research papers. HELP!

Hi our site is actually experiencetollgate.com.
The other issue with this site is that when we try to post it is saying our jetpack isn’t up to date. Then when we try to update it, it doesn’t accept our login information.

You are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.comWordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.

But you told me to go there for our other site? All of our sites show up on wordpress.com, including experiencetollgate. They all use the same login.
Do I need a new login to use the forum?

Hi @tollgateprogramsmsu, WordPress.com has a web/mobile/desktop app that lets you manage your WordPress.com sites as well as your own WordPress.org installations.
If you are having trouble with that app or with any of the services we provide, we can help.
The free code, though, is not a service. You can find community help at WordPress.org, or you might get in touch with a contractor who specializes in fixing issues like this.
