Our wordpress.com hosted site is really slow to open

  Our WordPress hosted site is really slow to open at the moment even to view from another computer, sometimes opening in ‘safe view’ type mode with all pages listed rather than properly displayed.

  It is also more or less impossible to edit via Safari on a MacBook Pro.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. I am in Canada on a high-speed connection and had no problem loading your site.

  Maybe you can try some of the tips here?

  Are you experiencing the same issue with other WordPress.com sites?

  Even on my slow wireless internet service here in Hawaii it loads quickly so I don’t think it is a problem with the site itself.

  And it loads perfectly fine in England too :)

  Thanks for all the encouraging input. I will focus on my local connections/settings as I seem to have a problem with loading anything from wordpress.com.
