Our WP site could not get a token to val

  Our WP site could not get a token to validate the connection to our plan and advised we disconnect and reconnect, which we did. However, now it lists our plan as free, which is incorrect. It should be Premium – can you help?

  HI thanks – http://digitalpromise.org/ is the site.

  I should be able to access normal support, but because it thinks we’re on the free plan, I could only get to the community forum.

  When I am logged into the site, I see my valid licenses for Akismet and VaultPress, so I’m not sure why Jetpack is saying we’re on a free plan.

  Hi dpcontact,

  I see you recently purchased an Akismet subscription but there are no Jetpack plans listed in your account. Do you have an email receipt for that purchase? Please don’t share any transactions details here, I can follow up with you by email once I know whether you have a receipt.

  Just let me know and we can go from there.
