  I received an email about you automatically charging our credit card for this account. I do not want to renew, but there isn’t an option to do this.

  The site I need help with is pamdeveny.wordpress.com.

  That domain, and therefore its renewal, belongs to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re currently logged in to.

  Under the correct account, you’ll be able to see all of the billing info at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  You’ll need to log out of WordPress.com, then log back in under the email address the notification was sent to.
