Out of Stock Custom Text

  I’m using the Basel Theme and am at a loss as how to change the ‘Out of Stock’ & ‘In Stock’ to custom text. I’ve tried the answers I have found on forums and they don’t work on current site’s products; eg – http://jasonb88.sg-host.com/product/deluxe-chronograph-men-s-watch/
  Any help would be appreciated.
