Out of storage space but we have not reached our max

    Recently, we were getting notifications that we were getting close to the maximum storage space limit, so I started going through and deleting old or unused media to free up space. However, today, WordPress told us that we had reached out limit, even though we should have at least 4 more GBs left, especially since I cleaned out a large amount of media from our library. Please help!

    We have the premium account, so we had 13GB of space, but then we bought an additional 25GB package for a total of 38GB. We bought the extra space probably a year ago, maybe even more. Currently, the media library says that we are using 33.9GB of space. So what happened to our extra 4GBs?!

    Hi there,

    This account does not own that site, but I also see the owner has since bought the Business Plan which has unlimited storage space.

    Please let us know if we can help with anything else, but where upgrades are concerned we can only work with the account that owns the upgrades. Thanks.
