Out of the blue I was charged for this site.

  I was charged $67 a wordpress site I do not have. The last receipt was dated in 2017. I want a refund and to undo whatever automation is happening here.

  Hi there, the site you mention doesn’t have any recent charges associated with it. For further communications it would be best to address this over email. I’d suggest finding the transaction ID and emailing that to us at help@wordpress.com so we can help find the transaction and resolve it in whatever way is needed/possible. The transaction ID will be a ten-character string of letters and numbers.
