Outbound links auto-tagged with coolbar.pro tracking

I discovered today that my outbound links are being re-routed through coolbar.pro before reaching their destination. I’ve pored over the HTML, and it’s not in my posts or pages.
Yet, it’s still being auto-tagged whenever I click a link. Help!
Trying not to be paranoid, but not sure what’s going on here. Simple stat tracking by wp·com, or something more nefarious?

Solved.
The problem was Tab Manager, a Chrome extension that was sold to a new owner. The latest version injects malware/adware, so I have uninstalled it.
