outdated php making site crash

    Hi there, I am attempting to download a studio press theme package onto my site and I need to download the plugin genesis block for my website to accept this theme. The problem is when I attempt to load the theme my site says it has a ‘critical error’ and I believe it is because the genesis block plugin does not work with my version of PHP. Was wondering how to; update my PHP, download my theme without my site crashing.
