outgoing links unhit-upon

I have a lot of links, yet almost zero outgoing hits; why no outgoing hits?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Because DEAR GOD why would anyone click on all those links? The more you put in the less likely people are to click on them. Search engines also will categorize your site as spam if it has too many outgoing links.
I’ve been a professional linkblogger for years now, and I can tell you that even in a link post, having more than 10 links means fewer people will click on any of them. 8-12 is the optimum number, and even then, I’ve got about 1000 readers a day and I get perhaps 20 outgoing clicks.
You also aren’t putting enough text there; you have to market those links, you have to seduce people into clicking on them. Creating headlines and teaser text is important. That will make a huge difference.

“why would anyone click on all those links?” Well, I figured they were all thoughtful & concisely individually-labeled – often with an “lol” tag(!); the condensing of hours & hours & hours of internet browsing into the best of what I’ve recently found & worth sharing.
“Why not put the images in your blog?” It was my understanding that would be of poor internet ettiquette; if not illegal.
I’ll look into putting more text into it; not really my strong suit, though.

They’re not well-labelled.
Putting images from imgur in your blog is exactly what imgur is for. Those images are MEANT to be embedded. That does not apply to images from everywhere, just that particular image sharing site.
The thing about search engines is that real people use them to find your blog. You want to be on good terms with search engines.
Take a look at one of my link posts to see how it works, knowing that yeah, these are too many links too. I should cut it down to a dozen or less daily. I’d save hours of time.
