Outgoing Mail Issue?

    Hello,
    My domain name for my wordpress.com site is hosted through 1 & 1, and I’ve been having some issues with our outgoing mail server. We talked to 1 & 1 and they said that in our wordpress settings that our mail is in there wrong. Can you help with that?
    I can’t figure out where that setting is… It should be pointed to 10 mx00.1and1.com (all lower case, but it’s supposedly in upper case) & 10 mx01.1and1.com (all lower case, but it’s supposedly in uppercase). Any guidance would be much appreciated! Thank you!

    Hi there!

    I just went in and took a look at your DNS settings and everything is set exactly as you just sent in to me! I noticed that these were updated a few hours ago, so let me know if 1&1 come back and say they’re still incorrect. Hopefully everything will be OK though! :)
