Outside access to WordPress dashboard area

  I’m going to hire someone from fivver to fix some issues on my WordPress, is there any way to give him access without giving out my password infomation? Is there like a back door for that I can attach a seperate password to that can be deleted after his does the gig? Thank you for your help

  http://irun4hc.com/ is a WordPress.ORG blog, not .COM blog, and you need to ask in their forums.
