Outside refund timeframe

    Hello!

    I am attempting to cancel my recent payment and account. My site renewed on May 1, 2022, but I would like to close it. I know I am outside the 14 days for full refund. Is there any way I can get at least a partial refund by cancelling everything?

    Hi there!

    Unfortunately, we don’t offer prorated refunds on our plans – just full refunds if you request within our refund window.

    If you have another WordPress.com site or want to start a new one, we can transfer the paid plan to that new site or we can reinstate it if you prefer.
