Outside Themes

    I purchased a membership to Elegant Themes and downloaded one I really like (chameleon) and followed the tutorial to upload it here, but it looks like that function is no longer available–the ‘upload’ button on the tutorial isn’t where it was shown, and I’m wondering if this is something maybe people could do in the past and can no longer do? Is it possible to use an outside theme here? Or is it possible to use an outside theme and build a WordPress site anywhere if you want drop-and-drag-type building ability? (I don’t know how to code.) I can still cancel my membership there, but I don’t know if the templates here have what I need–I need a blog, the ability to create articles, a store, a newsletter signup, and eventually a membership site capacity. (I asked about this last night from a different account, but can’t access the email to see if I’ve received a response.) Thanks!
