Outspoken theme does not show featured images in home menu

  Hello, my outspoken theme does not show the featured images into the home menu. This is my website http://www.monacomums.com
  I have already enabled and set up the featured images, but the images continue to be shown only when I click on the articles themselves, but at home menu I can see only the empty icons with texts.
  How can I set them up?

  WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
