Outstanding amount

Hello,
I have almost shut down my blog due to lack of time. There is an outstanding amount of money which although does not exceed the minimum amount. Is there a way to transfer this money and close the account?

Is this for WordAds? If you want the pending funds on your account to be paid out immediately, please confirm that you wish to withdraw from the WordAds program. Once you confirm I can put in a request to our advertising team.

I will put in a request to our ads team to have your pending earnings paid out. I’m not sure if it’s still in time to be paid out this month, in which case it will only happen at the end of December, but I’ll let you know once I hear back from them.

Sorry this has taken so long, but due to the holiday season there has been some delays.
Can you please confirm for me if you wish to leave WordAds completely, or if you’re moving to a self-hosted site? If the latter you could use WordAds there instead via the AdControl plugin.

Okay, your outstanding earnings should be paid out with our next round of payments at the end of January. I’ll follow up with you again at that point.

Right. It looks like your account was missed when we processed the last batch of payouts. Someone from our ads team is working on it now. I’ll let you know once they’ve processed yours.

We’ve already requested the payout. Just waiting on the accounting department to process it. The person working with this is not online right now, but I’ll contact them later today to follow up on this.

Usually payouts are at the end of the month, but we’re trying to get yours processed sooner. Still waiting on Accounting, though :)
