Outstanding balance / change to self hosted site and word ads.

    Hi, I’ve changed my wordpress site to a self hosted site but i’ve still got $48 left on my account. How do I claim this? My site has moved from infographiclist.wordpress.com to infographiclist.com – and I’ve just activated WordPress Ads on my self hosted site – can the credit be transferred and paid when I reach the $50/$100 threshold?
