Outstanding Invoice

    Hello! After having my site/blog up for several years at no cost, I’ve been billed today for $48.00 that I don’t have. I was never contacted to tell me that a charge would be applied and really have no idea why. I’ve searched far and wide for contact information on the website to alert customer service to no avail. (Even the ‘Live Chat’ button with what looks like employees’ pictures underneath doesn’t work.) If anyone knows what I should do, please help. I have no bills but no money as well and want to clear this up as soon as I can. I’m not trying to get out of a debt that I owe since I was never told that it wasn’t free, I just want fair customer service. This is embarrassing to post, but I’m sort of backed into a corner. Does anyone know how to reach an actual employee of WordPress? Thanks so much for listening.
