Ovation Premium Theme vendor Fraudulent intentions

  I bought Ovation Premium Theme, paid and they acknowledged. They sent link which I downloaded but discovered that the zip file has a bug, it doesn’t run. I informed them of my experience and provided a link with login details to my site for them to install but never did anything or replied implying they have fraudulent intentions to be dupe. I need refund to purchase from another vendor
