On 1 May 15, I first joined free trail to start my WordPress ((email visible only to moderators and staff), url: bookejob.wordpress.com). I also did upgrade for trail the next level since it is still in the trial period. In the same day, I downgraded my WordPress to normal one. Unfortunately, I got a credit card bill (master card ending with 1529) for my upgrade. The amount charge is $99. The number reference on my credit card is 8772733049 incurring on 1 May 15. I surprise about the bill since I already cancelled it. I also cannot access my account since I lost all information (verification code) and cannot recheck my membership information.

I would like you to assist me as follows:
    1. I would like to reject this bill since I upgrade from free to paid in order to try its features only. I already downgrade it in the same day, which is still in trial period (free of charge), but I still got bill from you.

    2. I would like to know whether this will occur in the next month bill or not. How to fix this?

    3. I would like to recover my account since I already lost my backup code, and cannot access my account. If you reject my request in 1 and 2, I would like to investigate it.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The $99 charge that occurred on May 1st was already refunded on May 2nd. Please check your credit card statement for another charge of -$99 when it was refunded.

Once you have access to the original account you will also be able to see the refund receipt here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/billing

The upgrade was also removed, so no further charges are to be expected.

In regards to helping you access your other account, I’ve sent you an email to discuss the options privately. Please reply there.

    -Alex G.
