over-charges

I checked the charges posted by my bank, and my account was charged $249.96. I accidentally purchased “Install my Theme twice. I would like a credit back for the second purchase. Even with the second charge, my total should have only been $196.00. Paypal is showing a charge of $147.00 and a charge for the inadvertent second purchase of $49.00. I am unsure, how you managed to charge my account an additional $249.96. I want the amount credited back to my card, or I will contact the bank, and dispute all of the charges, and take my business elsewhere. I do not want this relationship to start of with some sort of shady business dealings on your part. Please contact me, and let me know how you wish to correct these items. Now I am pissed, because evidently there is a time limit, but I didn’t know about these charges, until they posted. I can and will dispute these claims, unless someone can show me what the hell they are for. I am really starting to get frustrated with your customer service. There should be a way to contact you in a timely fashion for billing disputes…especially if you are going to put time constraints on refunds and credits. Shoddy business if you ask me. I might just cancel everything.
