  Hello everyone or anyone. I am a runner struggling with my motivation. so thought starting a blog showing my training and races i have done would be a good idea to get me through the hard times. plus I want to add thing from my everyday life.

  I dont have a clue what im doing or where to start. can anyone talk slowly and help me?

  The support documentation is all found at the Support link http://en.support.wordpress.com which is also on the bottom of your Admin page.
