Over Paid

  Good morning,

  This morning as I logged on to the blog I was prompted to renew the blog domain and mapping. So I went through with the transaction. Apparently I paid twice however. When I was reviewing my bank account it shows it was automatically paid yesterday. Can you either refund the overpayment, or credit me with the following year?

  Hi there, you manually renewed your domain on the same day that we send a charge authorization to auto-renew your domain (since you had auto-renewal enabled). Once the charge authorization goes through (we the actual charge to happen tomorrow), another year will automatically be added to your upgrade, so that it will be good through October 2014. I hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions about the charges.
