I have cancelled this account and never used it????? I have now been charged twice for this a total of £176 in a pandemic with no work!!! I want this refunded asap!!!

This has been the problem, i thought this was my site and the way in but could not get any further with my refund requests.
It turs out that the actual site is linked to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and i have been able to get the most recent charge refunded but not last feb 2020 as i was told this is too old. I have never used the site nor have i ever set up a working website. Im happy to have paid the initial charge of £84 plus the domain fee and the gsuite fee but since 2019 i have never used it. It seems very unfair that i have been charged £84 twice on feb this year and last.
If you can help at all with the 2020 fee that would be greatly appreciated.
