Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    See here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

Dashboard > Store > Billing History
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    Hi there,

Almost all of our products (with only a couple of very pricy exceptions) are only available on an annual basis. If you’d like, I can cancel your WordPress.com Premium package and refund it to you, however I will only be able to refund $81 as your domain is no longer eligible for a refund (most of our products can be refunded for 30 days following their purchase, but domains are only refundable for 48 hours after they’re bought).

Let me know if you’d like me to go ahead and cancel and refund that for you!
