Overcharges — Please help!

Hi, I just went to my blog & the site was down through WP asking for ‘mapping renewal charges’ at $13.00 (AGAIN?). I have now been charged by ‘WPCHRG.COM’ — 3 times in December. Please see my billing history! Please advise how I can resolve this? My blog domain is: ModernLALiving.com

Hi there,

It looks like there was an error with your domain causing it to prompt you for renewal, but each time you paid your mapping upgrade was renewed for another year, so it will now only expire in 2017.

However, as this was due to an error on our side, I’ve refunded the last two payments you’ve made. The money should appear in your account in a few days.

What about me only 18 dollars was refunded instead of 36 dollars

Note: Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products too likes Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you.
