overlay only post content

  I am trying to use shadowbox to overlay the posts. However, the overlay loads the whole page i.e. header, footer, categories i.e. the whole web page.

  I want to display only the content of the post in overlay.

  Is there any plugin or specific shadowbox setting to accomplish this?
