Overlaying my logo onto a custom header

  I am still exploring the best theme to pick for my website but like 2010 so far. I want to add my own photo for the custom header (easy) but then want to overlay my logo. Is that possible with this – or any other theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can create an image of the correct dimensions for Twenty Ten (940 in width and 198 in height) for your header with the logo in it by using an image editor or a desktop image editor and then upload the image here > Appearance > Header

  Thanks I’ll work on that. I have Lightroom (which I am still learning to use) so maybe I can even do it with that? I know I can compress images that way but haven’t tried overlaying them. Otherwise I’ll try one of the editors you suggest, So much to learn!

  i am using the 2011 theme. I would like to replace the standard title with my custom logo which has the same name as my blog. is this possible?

  @wordcapital: This topic is about Twenty Ten. Your question is about Twenty Eleven, which is a very different theme. Timethief’s answer applies, but is subject to Twenty Eleven’s header dimensions. If you have other questions, please create a new topic.
