Overlaying Post Title on Featured Image + Reducing Featured Image opacity

  Hi,

  I am currently working on editing a template for my website I have managed to enter the CCS code to get the featured image to show in the single posts. At the moment it shows like this

  

  What I am looking to do is place the Post title over the featured image instead of below it and also use some coding to reduce the opacity of the image, but struggling to work out if this can be done with CCS, and if so how.

  This is what I am aiming for:

  

  Does anyone know if there is coding to achieve this? and which style sheet I would need to place it in?

  Thanks — thevrrealm.com uses WordPress.org software with another host. Therefore, the WordPress.org support forums @fstat mentioned will be the best place to ask for advice.
