overriding media gallery and inserting pics directly into post?

  hello all,

  for some reason, when i go to insert a pic into my post there is no longer and “insert into post” option right away. rather, i have to upload the photo into the gallery first, and then insert. does anyone know a way to get the “insert” option to come up first?

  When the upload window comes up can you select “from computer?” More info here.
