Overtake the name of blog

  I would like to create new blog with the name which is already taken. But when I go to the address is written that blog is deleted. Is there any possibility to use that name if blog doesn’t exist there anyway?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m afraid not. Deleted blog URLs/names cannot be used again, not even by their original owner, as per WordPress.com policy.
