Overwhelmed and Confused

I have been working on a site for months and today for hours, but I can not figure out what is going on. I have been trying to create a series of static pages, no blog. So I was populating a Home, About, Contact, Services and Products pages. Only my About page kept showing up on my Home page too. I could not make them look like two different pages. It was like someone was going behind me and putting what I put on the About page onto my Home page. So I deleted what was on my About page thinking it was on my Home page so I would just do away with my About page. When I deleted my About page copy my Home page copy also disappeared. I spent hours on this and now it is all gone!
What did I do wrong…. where is the explanation. I am suppose to be taking the Coursear course Create a WEbsite in a Weekend but I do not see any instruction to do anything. Just inadequate links that do not tell a beginner how to do anything.
And now I keep seeing three sites listed under Mysites and I do not know why or what to do with them. I am only trying to make one site.

I imagine you should be getting some kind of direction from this paid course, which I don’t believe is associated with WordPressdotcom
Regardless, here are some resources to get you started on creating a page-based site on WordPressdotcom:

https://dailypost.wordpress.com/2015/07/01/where-is-my-website/Now, about your troubles, WordPressdotcom does keep page revisions, so if you entirely deleted the page itself, start by recovering your deleted pages from the trash.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trashNext open the Page for editing and navigate to the revisions link in the publish module on the right and follow these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-revisions/ (If you don’t see the revisions link, let me know.)
Once you’ve recovered the deleted text, come post back here and we’ll see what comes next.
As far as having created 3 different sites, I’ve tagged this for Staff assistance in getting that sorted out.

It looks like only this address “twodragonswellness.wordpress.com” has content, you can delete the others following the instructions below:
- Go to WordPress.com
- Click on “My Sites” on the top left corner
- Select the site you want to delete (either “twodragonswellnessdotcom” or “twodragonswellnesscom”)
- Click on “Settings” at the menu on the left, it’s the last option
- Click on “Delete Site” on the bottom of the page and follow the instructions
