OVO payment success but plan not upgraded

Hi, I’ve sent my problem to the support team email with all details since 14th May, but I’ve got nothing until today. they said will reply the email within 24-48 hour?! I think this more than 48 hours already!!! please help me. I did payment by OVO method it was successful but my plan didn’t upgrade to a premium plan! it’s still on the free plan!
