ow to make pages to appear at the bottom when using twenty sixteen theme

i currently use twenty sixteen theme i would like these pages to appear at the bottom of the sites home page (footer ) privacy policy, terms of use and the contact us But the menu as only two options the primary menu links (appear on the header) and the social links menu (links appear at the footer) how can i make those pages to appear at the bottom of my sites home page

You can use a custom menu widget to do this.
First, create another custom menu for your footer links, but don’t check any box to assign it to either the primary or social menu.
Then, add a Menu widget to either the Content Bottom 1 or Content Bottom 2, and choose your newly created custom menu.
The Content Bottom 1 and 2 widgets don’t appear on the blog page, but they do appear on single posts and pages.
