Own a GoDaddy Domain

  I own a GoDaddy domain and we purchased WordPress through GoDaddy. However, now it is asking me to pay to map my domain onto our WordPress site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I own a GoDaddy domain and we purchased WordPress through GoDaddy.

  Then I assume that is where you are wanting to build your site, rather than here at WordPress.com.
  WordPress.com is a completely different place that hosts sites as does GoDaddy. Here you have a free site called https://umassmilitia.wordpress.com/ You will only be asked to pay here at WordPress.com if you wish to move (map/transfer) your GoDaddy domain to your WordPress.com site.
