If you recently purchased the domain, there may be a short delay when the domain is still processing registration before it will show properly. But since it’s currently working, you shouldn’t need to worry about that.

The website is not opening on my home network. It can be opened normally with the cellphone for example. I tried different computers and devices, rebooted the router and cleared the cache of my computer. The issue comes from the local network, but I have no idea how to fix it.

@korberd9c6d0d442b and that trace is from your home network, correct? Do you want to maybe contact support for the router or your ISP, just to see if there’s maybe some setting in it that’s blocking things?
And if you connect the cell to your home wifi do you have the same issue?
Also, all other domains are working correctly on that network, right?

The internet provider helped me changing the local options for DNS-Server of the internet protocolls and it works. But they also do not know what is the issue.
Now I can open the homepage and work on it…

Thanks for the update, yeah I was gonna suggest contacting the ISP if it’s having the same problem across multiple devices.
Just to be clear with the info we send back to the team, when you say it didn’t work, were you getting a specific error message? Could you share that?
