Own domain removal to transfer blog

    Hey,
    I’m trying to transfer my tumblr blog but it had its own domain attached to it (lost-lil-kitty.com, when you go there now it just has to blank godaddy page as it’s not linked to anything) so I removed that at both tumblr and godaddy over 4 days ago now and when I connect to tumblr on the transfer page it’s telling me it can’t reansfer it as it’s still using its own domain, which it no longer is. Is there something else I should be doing or is there a reason it’s still saying it’s using it’s own domain?

    By this, do you mean you cancelled lost-lil-kitty.com through GoDaddy?

    Has your Tumblr site reverted back to an address containing “.tumblr.com”? If so, could you try connecting to Tumblr and seeing whether that appears? I can’t see what is happening on Tumblr’s side so I’m just trying to work out which steps you’ve taken so far :)
