Own Email setup as domain name

  hi anybody help me i just new to wp.i upgraded my raghulr.wordpress.com to raghul.org two days back.now i have a lot of confusion about DNS wt is mean that? how i can edit? wt is the use of that? there is lot of confusion for me.
  while upgrading they mention that i would own aemail id in the own domain as (email visible only to moderators and staff) how can i set up this.if anybody knows pl help me urgent
