Own language specific custom domain

  Hi dear sir, I am from Bangladesh. I have a language specific custom domain like as (আমিন.বাংলা). That i buy this domain from Bangladesh govt. Now i I want to set my domain with my WordPress blog. But may WordPress dose not support Bengali language specific custom domain.please help me.

  Correct account: Yes

  What you are referring to is an IDN (Internationalized Domain Name) that have language-specific characters.
  Currently, WordPress.com does not support them and sadly you won’t be able to use it here.

  Hi @cuellin,

  What you might also want to consider is setting up a redirect from your registrar, if that option is available to you. This way, your internationalized domain can still load your WordPress.com site. If you’re not sure how, please contact your domain registrar for further assistance.
