  Can I pull one of my own photos into a basic template?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can download any media you’ve uploaded to your site here:

  https://birdandjules.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php

  If you’re referring to Premium Themes, they are not able to be transferred or downloaded from WordPress.com.

  However, you can try asking the theme author if they would be willing to provide a discount coupon or the theme files for you to download and use on your self-hosted WordPress.org site.
