OWNED GoDaddy domain not an option for WordPress?

  My WordPress seems to be forcing me to transfer my existing domain or map to it. Neither apply since my domain is on GoDaddy.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is WordPress.com where you have created the free site https://teamtaxbossworkfrom.home.blog/ If you want to map a GoDaddy domain to that site you’ll need an upgraded plan here.
  However you don’t have to move your domain here if you’re happy with GoDaddy and create a WordPress.org site there.
